   Santa’s Magic Call provides a personalized, interactive voice call from an AI-generated Santa persona based on user-submitted details. The Service is designed for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, reactions, or engagement levels from children or other participants.

   You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including but not limited to the child’s details and the desired call time.
6. Supervision
   You are responsible for supervising the child(ren) during the call and ensuring a suitable environment.
7. Lawful Use
   You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the Service, including using false or inappropriate information, is strictly prohibited.
8. Scheduling & Availability
   We strive to honor your requested call time but do not guarantee availability. Circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues, network disruptions, or unforeseen events, may result in delays or rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in such cases.
9. Pricing & Payment

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, changes will not affect previously purchased orders.
• Payment is securely processed through trusted third-party providers, and we do not store credit card details.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled call time.
• No refunds will be issued after the call has occurred unless required by applicable law.
• For multi-call purchases), partial refunds for unused calls may be offered at our discretion if requested before the end of the holiday season.

   All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to Santa’s voice, scripts, branding, and any related media, is the exclusive property of the Company.

• You may not record, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except where you have purchased an audio recording add-on.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability;
• Fitness for a particular purpose; or
• Non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
