    All calls are approximately 5 minutes. Around 4.5 minutes, Santa will likely start wrapping up the call to stay on schedule.

    RealSanta.online supports up to 3-children’s information entered into the request form. With additional children, we recommend you schedule multiple calls to allow everyone time to engage.
  3. How can I keep a record of the call?
    If you selected the audio recording add-on, you’ll receive a link to the recording of your call. This can be downloaded and saved to your computer to play and share with family and friends.
  4. What languages can Santa speak?
    We offer multiple language options at checkout. Please select your preferred language, and Santa will speak your native language.
  5. How do I schedule a call with Santa?
    Simply create an account and complete the form on realsanta.online. You’ll select the date and time you want Santa to call, provide details about your children and complete payment at checkout. You will receive an email with all the details about your upcoming call so get ready to live the magic of Christmas.
  6. Can I reschedule the call?
    If you need to change the call time, please contact support at support@realsanta.online at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  7. What if the call has technical issues?
    Technical issues or network disruptions may cause a problem with the call. If your call does not occur due to Real Santa, please contact support at support@realsanta.online and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
  8. Can I get a refund?
    Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. Once the call has taken place, no refunds can be issued. If you purchased a package with multiple calls and did not use them, please contact support to discuss your options at support@realsanta.online
